Industrial Upgrade

Focusing on silicone and polyurethane technologies, the company launched hundreds of products—including silicone resins, coating additives, bio-based polyether, and cosmetic additives—with mass production and sales. In collaboration with the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics and Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute, eco-friendly, high-efficiency catalysts like organotin and organonickel were successfully commercialized.

Going Global

With a global expansion, 11 new warehouses were established across the Middle East, Australia, South America, Europe, India, and Africa. Embracing change, multiple experts with experience in multinational companies were invited to join the R&D, technical service, and sales teams, and the Shanghai R&D laboratory was expanded.

Leaping into the Future

Recognized as a Science & Technology “Little Giant” Enterprise in Shanghai, the Shanghai factory completed the 10,000-ton silicone surfactant upgrade and R&D center project, achieving rapid R&D across silicone oils, amine and organotin catalysts, and functional additives. Jiangxi Shenmai New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established to produce high-end, low-volatility, low-odor, and customized silicone products for the polyurethane industry.

Awarded Shanghai’s Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Invention and recognized as a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” (SRTI) Enterprise. Annual sales of silicone surfactants exceeded 10,000 tons for the first time, with the international market growing over 35%. The company achieved mass production of silicone products, low-VOC high-resilience silicone oil, and a complete silicone antifoaming agent industry chain, and was recognized again as a National High-Tech Enterprise.

Jiangxi Menhover Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a designed annual production of 18,000 tons of silicone surfactants and 2,000 tons of amine and organotin catalysts.

Continuous Innovation

The company’s first silicone invention patent, “A Silicone Copolymer Surfactant and Its Application”, was granted. It was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise for the first time and obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certifications. The company has also expanded its international trade business.

Shanghai Maipu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established to produce high-resilience silicone oil and rigid foam silicone oil with a designed capacity of 3,000 tons, and to carry out industry-academia-research collaborations with East China University of Science and Technology and Jiangsu University.

Shanghai Menhover Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established under the brand “Menhover”, focusing on the mass production of soft foam silicone oil with a designed capacity of 1,000 tons.
