Decision of Jinshan Government on Commending the 2019–2020 Science and Technology Innovation Awards

To the People’s Governments of all towns, sub-district offices, administrative committees of industrial zones, all departments and directly affiliated units of the District People’s Government:

In recent years, the distinctive features of science and technology in the whole district have become increasingly prominent, the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship has been further stimulated, and the supporting role of science and technology in promoting high-quality economic and social development has been continuously demonstrated. In order to further foster an atmosphere that respects knowledge and talent, and to fully stimulate the vitality of innovation entities, the District Government has decided to commend the following projects and individuals:

• The honorary title of “2019–2020 Jinshan District Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Award” is conferred upon 10 projects including “G6.0 AMOLED Linear Evaporation Source.”

• The honorary title of “2019–2020 Jinshan District Science and Technology Innovation Talent Award” is conferred upon 10 individuals including Lv Mingli.

We hope that the commended units and individuals will continue to build on their achievements, make persistent efforts, remain pioneering and innovative, and maintain vitality in scientific and technological innovation. All cadres and the general public in the district, especially science and technology workers, should learn from the awardees and make active contributions to the in-depth implementation of the “Two Zones and One Fortress” strategic positioning, the comprehensive advancement of the “North-South Transformation” strategic requirements, and the full promotion of the “Shanghai Bay Area” city brand.
