Menhover group biulds a research institute of organic synthesis, has several doctors and master students, and has been issued patents over 10. The institute also has the world class microreactor of organic syntheesis and other equipments or sets, such as GPC, NMR, HPLC, GC-MASS,  Automatic Surface Tensiometer, Dynamic Surface Tensiometer, Contact Angle Meter, Foam Rising Instrument etc; and small synthesis unit of pharmaceutical intermediates, catalysts, polyols; and a surfactant pilot plant. We have been developed over 20 new flexible foam surfactants  reached the domestic leading, over 10 new products were achieved successful industrialization, these experiences will be continued in research work of advanced catalyst.

On the side of application evaluation, a complete evaluation laboratory has been built, it can be able to supply evaluation tests and physical properties tests for various applications in flexible, rigid, and high resilience PU foam.

In direction of new materials, with the advanced research equipment and application evaluation, Menhover's institute also gets independent intellectual property rights new technologies in special advanced plastic field, and won the award of Shanghai Project Innovation competition. At the same time, Menhover has actively cooperation with research institutes such as Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, East China University of Science & Technology and Suzhou University etc, to develop the new products about functional catalysts and special plastic.
